I was searching for best strategy's to link for other language then English.
What are some of the best tools or services to get back links for none English language sites or EN sites would still bee a good back links for site like this ?

I was thinking building a back links on translated keyword to English for example for keyword "fontanero" i would build links on English keyword "plumber" would it work?
