I am in the process of signing up to the Amazon affiliate program. Now, I've encountered the following message on the "Your Websites and Mobile Apps" page.

Please note: This application is only for the Amazon Associates Program in the US (amazon.com). You will need to apply separately for each international Amazon Associates Program.

I really don't understand this. I can't find any other page where you would apply if you live in Europe. What does it mean and do I need to care about it?

It's not about where you live. It's about which Amazon affiliate program you want to join. This notice tells you that you can promote products on Amazon US. If you want to promote products on, say Amazon UK, you'll need to sign up with the associates program for that separately.

You can take a look to the plugin called "easyazon" if you have traffic from differents country

Your Associates ID will only earn you referral fees from sales in the same locale as your Associate ID. For example, to earn referral fees from an Amazon.co.uk , you must be a member of the UK Associates program

I have another question for you with experience with Amazon. Basically, there is a naked female body on my site and you can see her tits. It doesn't contain any pornography, it's just adult targeted. Would Amazon consider this "sexually explicit" enough to not approve my application?
