International Affiliate Networks

Hi guys and girls, ive learnt many stuff in here and i want to give something back. Im gooing to make a proper list of all Networks that allow international registration and international pay out. I guess many people are interested and its a good start for every new Member of the BHW to have a list like this. Please post all affiliate-networks which allow international partners to join.
