Hello, I am noob

I don't know hoe to use re-canonical, redirections, SILO structure

I wouldn't be penalized because of badly ONPAGESEO

Does wordpress and YOST SEO handle automatic everything? Or should I do some manual tasks by own in order to optimize ON page SEO?

Yoast helps on a certain degree. It still helps if you know what you're doing.

I know I'm not in the place to give out suggestions (being ultra-noob myself) but it might be best to start learning SEO first. At least the foundations.

Lynda is a good starting place -- I'm currently taking their SEO course.

if you dont know SEO, follow what yoast seo recommends and check the examples provided.

Check out Yoast suggestions and edit parts that it suggests. For example, Yoast says that you did not put the keyword to at least one of your headings. Edit at least one of your headings with the keyword. It isn't automatic, but it surely helps you get a better SEO score.

No, you have to make the internal links by yourself. Make sure to point the links to relevant pages on your site. It is also important that you are not pointing links back to teh same page. For example. If you have a link from page A to B. It is not good to create a link back from B to A.

What do you mean with ''relevant pages on your website''?

How can I determine what are the relevant pages? The pages with an high keyword density are those relevant pages?

For example. If you have a general page speaking about soft drinks and mention different brand such as Sprite, Fanta Cola etc, then you should have separate pages about the different brands. From the main page about soft drinks you should for example make a link from the word Fanta to the page speaking about Fanta. But you should not also have a links from the Fanta page back to the soft drink page.
