Most bloggers link their old articles in the new one and the new articles in the old ones.
I had a question does this count for link juice in serp ranking? I have thought previously that they may use for referring to other articles.
I see on moz

They allow users to navigate a website.

They help establish information hierarchy for the given website.

They help spread link juice (ranking power) around websites.

I have few questions,
Does they can increase in serp?
How about keyword Density? since they are too keywords while linking to each article.

Yes they spread link juice and yes the anchor text counts.
