I have a website where it is a large number of tools that users can use. These tools are organized by category.
Lets say you are viewing a tool in category A, at the bottom of that tool there will be 3 links to other tools in category A. They are completely random but always from the same category. Even if you refresh the page a different set links to related tools will appear.
Is this good or bad for SEO and ranking? Or do we not necessarily know if this has any impact on SEO and ranking?
I want to make sure to build strong internal links, I had assumed this worked in my favor but it just occurred to me that maybe this is something people refrain from doing.
