Hey everyone,
I’ve been working on my blog and trying to improve internal linking, but I’m not fully sure what’s actually making a difference anymore.

From your experience, how much does internal linking still help with rankings and overall performance? Do you follow any specific approach that actually works, or just keep it natural while writing?

Would love to hear what’s been working for you guys in real projects.

Still works if done smart. I just link related posts naturally, use clear anchor text, and avoid overdoing it. Helps with crawl and keeps users moving.

Internal linking still plays a big role in SEO it helps search engines understand your website and distributes authority to your important pages. The best approach is to keep it simple and strategic: link related content naturally and give more internal links to your key pages. No need to overcomplicate it just write naturally, but make sure you’re supporting your main pages with proper links.

internal linking is a strategy built around relevance, structure, and user intent rather than just adding random links. The most effective approach is creating content clusters, where related articles link to a main pillar page and support each other contextually.

Internal linking still helps a lot from what I’ve seen. I try to keep it natural but also a bit structured ,linking related posts together and pushing some links toward important pages.It helps with indexing and spreading authority.Nothing too complex, just consistent linking where it makes sense.

Keep it natural. link some smaller posts from your site while interlinking which is connected to your main post
The more users like to spend time on your blog post likely more will be the improvement rankings of that blog post.
Try having a keyword anchor text instead of generic keywords like go here

Keep it natural and make sure everything is discoverable. Other than this, don't worry too much about it.

I’m learning this too, but I think internal linking does help if done naturally. What I've seen, just linking to related posts while writing feels easier and works fine. I don’t follow any strict strategy yet. I feel like keeping it simple is better in the beginning.
