Internal link to Homepage VS Another inner page

As the title describes, if I want to rank for a KW and I have lots of articles in my blog, is it better to do internal links to the Homepage or other inner pages? Which will be more effective?

Would love to hear all of your advice.

A page which has more valuable content on your blog is better for ranking so you should make internal links that point to the different inner pages are effective IMO.

inner pages pass more link juice to one to another so it is better to do internal linking of inner pages.

IMO, internal link to the deeper pages on your blog is good and effective too.

Your interlinks should point towards your main service pages, depending on the content you are using on the website pages. There should be a link between the pages, so that the reader click the link.
