Internal liks structure

I have one question regarding internal links to the home page and internal pages. When you do internal links to the home page you use <a href="http://domain.com">anchor</a> or <a href="http://domain.com/>anchor</a> (with a slash at the end) and to the internal pages (also with slash at the end?).
And do you use full domain name <a href="full domain name">anchor</a> or short version <a href="/xxx">anchor</a>

I do not understand what you mean try to tell me otherwise

Use the URL that's shown in the address bar. Just copy what you see in the address bar, put it there, slash or no slash and you are fine.
