Internal/closed link exchange system

Do you know any server-side software which manages many thousands links on private blog network? I use polish LinkSystem Stealth but it's starting to get very slow. Preferably with the same features: creating projects with anchors, automatic assigning links to private blogs. And ability to withstand 100+k links.
