Hey, guys
I have some sites with tons of pages and it is overoptimized with repeated internal links ( there are a lot of repeating exact match keyword internal anchor texts).
I need to create a list that is showing all of our pages URLs and all the internal anchors that are pointing to them. Is there any tool out there that can export the pages and the internal anchors of a website?
Basically I am looking for similar end result:

It shows the linking URL (column B), it shows the anchor texts (column C), it shows the destination URL (column D).
I have used Screaming Frog, but it also counts that footer, menu navigation and the sidebar. I need to extract the information just from the main content of the website, not footer, nav or sidebar.
Anyone thinks can give a recommendation or an idea?
