Intermission Ad Cloaker

So, this idea popped into my head...

What if you could cloak a BH link to look harmless and get approved by ad sites like adfly and linkbucks for intermission ads?

You could put a framebreaker in and steal all of the traffic directly. So you'd be paying $1.00 per 1,000 direct UV.

I think it could be epic.

Let me know if anyone has any information on how to accomplish this... I know people have been doing this with FB PPC and AdSense.
