*Internet marketing House in California

Hey, I currently live in the midwest and was thinking of going to California for the winter.

I would like to get a place by the beach like San Diego, Orange County or LA. However, its rather expensive. I was thinking if I split the place with a bunch of people it would be cheaper.

In addition it would be cool to work around like minded people who would push ourselves to succeed in online ventures.

What are your thoughts are this? Have you ever heard of something like this before. The goal is not to make a profit rather, get to warmer place and progress in IM.

Thats not a bad idea, I don't know how many people would be interested in it tho.

Talk to your CPA so you can classify it as "Business Travel". Sure its $1,230,981,230,812 a week to stay on the beach but that refund check is a beaut!

It's actually pretty common to have these coop situations but I see them more for international locations.

I wouldn't be interested in living with a bunch of people (trust me, you'd get fed up with my repetitive behaviour pretty quickly), but I would consider splitting the payments on a co-working space if there are several others in on it. I actually live over in the Riverside area, so I'm not too far away from any of those places.
