Interlinking product pages is fine but as others have said don't link out from your product page to blog pages and such. You don't want your customer clicking off the product page you want them to convert
interlinking between two product pages can be a good practice if done correctly. Use descriptive anchor text, link to relevant and related products, and avoid overdoing it to improve the user experience on your website and boost your SEO efforts.
