Interlinking ideas tool (not WP)

I have some sites not based on WP, so I cannot use some of those amazing plugins like Link Whisper and the liking

I was wondering if anyone knows any tools that offer nice Interlinking ideas, for example, if I set a list of all my pages, and they analyze the content of them, and keep setting ideas for me when I publish a new article.
