Here is an account and they get about 1000 followers a day all they do is post the same 4 diff tweets.

What kind of software/bot can do this, just post a scroll of tweets?

you don't know the background, they can purchase those followers for instance or use follower exchanging platforms

Oh my, this has got to be the easiest thing..

Getting 1,000 followers a day in the "#TEAMFOLLOWBACK" niche IS NOT impressive. All you need is a list of people who automatically follow back. Hell, you don't even need that. Just following ANYONE, they're likely to follow back. You don't even need to tweet.. Although it obviously is advised.
