Yeeep, they are pretty strict like that. Unless of course you really trust someone enough to collect the money in the US and send it to you. I know I wouldn't

They are strict and as someone that pays them to write articles for me I am glad that they keep non-english speaking writers out of their network.
Every article their writers have done for me is always perfect, no grammatical errors, no broken English, and great paragraph structure!

why doesn't the US user just send the money thru paypal to the non us writer.
Because they will see that your account is getting accessed from outside the US, (proxy or not, its inconsequential) and will ban you. Payment is not the issue. Access of the account IS the issue. They will know you're sharing your account.

Please, people, we don't need non-native speakers bringing the quality of the site down. No offense to the OP, but they don't allow non-natives in for a reason.
Also, as soon as TB detects a proxy/VPN they will ban your account. It's in their best interest to shoot first and ask questions later.

Well, being a non-native speaker doesn't necessarily imply that a person can't converse or write really well in that language. In fact, I've seen native English-speaking writers getting a lot worse rating than me on almost all of the sites I am registered on as an Elite level article writer (and I belong to a third world country). Go figure!
Just being from countries like US, Canada, UK or Australia doesn't qualify someone as an expert at English grammar or vocabulary. On that note, sites like TextBroker could try implementing a more strict review system that filters out the crappy article writers, no matter where they come from.
I too would like to have access to a TextBroker account, so if anyone has got one to spare, PM me! We could split revenues or I would buy one right away if you are selling it for cheap..

It's a little more comprehensive than just selling you an account. Textbroker ( as any business these days) requires tax information when you surpass a $600 threshold.
If someone sold you their account they are risking their identity for your gain. And it goes far beyond that, the person selling the account must set up a full writer profile, input their tax information, PAY THE TAXES because all 1099 information gets reported to the IRS, and hope you are a person of their word by paying as you instructed.
If you wanted to partner with someone whom has a textbroker account then I can introduce you to a few writers whom have no problem taking an assignment, sending it to you but they limit the number of articles they give you because you can accept one article at a time through Textbroker.
If you log into someone's account with your IP, that person risks being banned because you log in under their account so if you want to try the introduction method, PM me.
