Hello,

I have some experience with PPC, but I've never bought an account before. What about IP address and other factors? I would need full instructions.
If it works I could be a regular buyer.

No need to buy new Adwords or Bing Accounts. Just Open new ones with New Ip address. Different Email and New Credit Card info with New Name. I get my Bing Accounts Banned All the time. With Google Ads just use a nearby address.
