Interespire marketer script broken

My browser is looping suddenly......after I raised my php.ini limit to 1024

I cant login to interspire newsletter anymore.....and users cant subscribe

I get this nasty error

The page isn’t redirecting properly

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Its means redirecting loop problem with .htaccess or misconfiguration of php.ini

yes it started to happen after I raise max memory limit to 265 in php.ini....
i set it back to 128 later but noting fixed it anymore......
i am so confused now..
