Interactive Website Tool?

Not really blackhat but was uncertain were to place thread?
Wondering if anyone can help me out. I am looking for software that can be incorporated to our site to enable two viewers (me or our sales reps and the prospect) to view together and interact together. Ie: We both goto the site, both click on a tab and we enter an interactive area where both parties can view our contract, we can enter data into the contract, have the prospect confirm and view, ask questions and then sign. After approving the contract, hits submit, captures the signature, ip, date and time stamp it?
Similar to echosign, docusign and webex, teamviewer all together? The problem with echosign is we have to wait for the contract to come back, as the prospect usually will not approve at the same time. It would be nice to simulate as near a face to face meeting as possible? any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah I suspect this is the wrong forum. Try searching for freelance websites. There are a half dozen at least. You can hire people by the job, or by the hour.

Look for "web developers." I bet you'll find someone who can do what you want!

Looking for an application already done? I will look into your idea though. I have searched for a long time and have not really come up with anything...
