Interactive table of contents

I am looking for a Wordpress plugin which shows a table of contents next to the content and which is interactive.

But interactive I mean that people can click on a H2 title in the table to go to the content and that it highlights the section which a visitor is reading.

It needs to remain static left or right of the content.

If it's not a huge list, you can do it manually, create divs of the sections you want to link to, i.e. "travel" and link to it from the bullet list using #travel as ahref.

Still looking, suggestions are welcome.
