As in the title, I let the customer use an advertising account, but the account has not reached the $600 spending threshold, it is only spending $325 as they intended to pay. That caused the advertising account to encounter abnormalities and be disabled.

But they claim that it doesn't affect the account. So what is the reason why the active account becomes abnormal?

due to different payment cards
The payment card is 7181
But they deliberately changed other cards to 8319 and 9297
That creates an anomaly

When I changed the payment card, I monitored it for more than 2 hours and the campaign still worked and spent normally. Everything was fine until the customer intentionally paid the balance before reaching the spending threshold. And the account encountered something unusual.

Oh, I have encountered this case, intentionally changing the payment method and intentionally paying before Facebook's threshold, will lead to abnormalities, and it is easier to be banned when the payment card does not have enough money to pay. , it's Facebook to think it's unusual, Please tell customers to limit payments before Facebook's threshold

I appreciate your opinion. But that payment card has exceeded the limit added to the account (limited to 1 payment card for 10 accounts).

Then the payment card was automatically kicked out and I just added a new card without any action to replace it. Do you understand

ah, I get it, fb is really crazy sometimes, but the act of paying before the threshold is also a cause of unusual account bans, I used to be like that too, you can appeal to fb

Is there any way to make a complaint? Or how can I complain?

You can chat support fb, or go to the quality section of your account to complain
