How many products do you need to have in possession before you can be charged with intent to sell replica goods? Let's say I have 20-50 items and I say that are just for friends as gifts, can they really charge me with intent to sell?

Its a real grey area this one. I don't know a definate answer, but the more you stock, the more likely you are to be charged with intent to sell...

It also depends what you're selling, and how much variety you have etc...

I would think alot, like warehouse amount. They don't go after little sellers. They want the suppliers.

I have seem "them" sweep out an entire flea market going after guys with as little as 1-2 replicas for sale in their immediate possession. Obviously this is a little different, because they were actually selling, but I think it proves that they don't care how big or little you are. If you suspect you, you are screwed.
