Intensedebate comments, Disquis, CommentLuv - are they worth it?

I've found a lot of do-follow intensedebate blogs, and I'm also interested in Disquis and CommentLuv comments. Are they worth it? If I link to them, do they count?

I really like Disquis for blog commenting as most people get frustrated and don't want to make an account. Also lots of PR on some of the platforms that use it. Just add a good comment and most seem to stick. CommentLuv is hit or miss because it is easier to spam.

CommentLuv and KeywordLuv are do-follow Just make a good comment and you will get a do-follow link with possible PR attached.
