Intelligent shared proxies to sell ?

Hello,
I'm looking for proxies that are shared by 3 or 5 people max but every people use the proxy for only one website.
The first use the IP for use Facebook only
The second use the same IP for use Instagram only
The third use the same IP for use Google only

With that kind of offer, customers could have a "dedicated" proxy for only one web domain (for the price of shared proxy)

Does this kind of offer exist ?

I will be the only one who use it 100% for Google. But the 4 others customers need to scrape other websites in order to don't be block.
PS: @gredmag, do you only want increase your number of messages on this forum ?

thousands? thats some heavy scraping and wont come cheap

You should go directly to any top-tier provider with your request. Thousands of IPs for Google will surely land you a good deal with any of them.
