"Hard-coded backdoors" ... you mean Intel had hard coded backdoors in the firmware of the chips that most of us run in our PCs?

Does the backdoor, mean that every chip is essentially a "vPro"; just that intel charges more so consumers can access it on the vPro badged cpus?

can't tell man! lets experts review this stuff (i'm not one )

I think this was proved a while ago - Intel leaving an backdoor for the governments use. And now someone hack them and possible have control over what? Everything? Nice.
