Integrating Two Wordpress Themes!

I am wanting to basically integrate two wordpress sites. I want to take one site/theme and push most of the pages into the theme from the other site of mine as I am going to take down this domain. What is the best way of going at this? I know I can copy paste each one but we are talking over two hundred pages. I was just curious if there was an easier way of doing that.

Any help is appreciated!

Export posts from your admin pannel and import into your another site

copy all the uploads folder and paste it into new site same folder this should do the job

Thanks man but they are not posts. They are actual pages. Any suggestions on this?
