I have a very unique project that needs to be completed. Problem is, this will have to be a custom and i don't have the necessary skills to do this myself, so i'm going to have to hire a developer. How can i insure that this developer doesn't run off with my idea that I've worked on for the last 2 years from ironing out the kinks to writing a business plan?
