solution for real accs:
Lets say you build a base with 1 Million Accs. You sell them max. 50K per Order.
Every acc can do 70-100 likes per Hour so...
70 Million Likes per Hour and only accounts with less used likes / orders will be used for the next order! So you need to build a datatable which counts the used likes per hour per account to avoid bloc. -> to use accs with less likes orders for next order...

I cannot share that, I guess it is against bhw's rules. Correct me if I am wrong. A client of mine, reported a similar problem today so yeah IG must be on to something.

Don't likes automatically disappear when they delete accounts though? One of my account still shows like counts so you could be right too.

No surprise though. The world of affiliate marketing and internet marketing in general is going more into white hat slowly. Obviously I don't say it's a good thing, because blackhat works 
While pop traffic or push notification ads don't bother whether you doing white hat or black hat (you just need to cloak properly), I would be very careful doing black hat with Google or Facebook.

I think the reason likes are keeping decrease, maybe it is because their accounts are getting banned one by one. I found when accounts got banned, their comments and likes will be disappeared.
