Tough to say without looking at the actual page and the goal of the page (branding, e-commerce, etc.)
What are you current stats? (followers, engagement, etc.)
Would recommend going the SMM panel route. They provide followers/likes (not real but acts as social proof.)
Some of SSM panels also provide services that target followers of specific accounts, hashtags, etc. through comments, DM's, etc.
Solid value added content on a regular basis posted with the proper hashtags, etc.
Manual growth services (not a bot but actual manual growth)
Once those 3 things are covered and you have a solid legit following you can then go ads if you're selling products, etc. by retargeting, etc.
(There are vetted providers of all services mentioned above on BHW. Check the marketplace forum, etc.)

No, my main goal is to affilate or dropship after getting a good audience. I already mention its micro-niche

Use good hashtags on your content, don't overdo it, and use 30 for every post.
If the account is new, it's best to use about 5 low competition hashtags with activity and daily posts on them.
When you are going through and looking for the best hashtags to use, check out the content from other accounts, interact with it, and follow people you think might be interested in your content/product.
If they don't follow you back, it's okay. Just use unfollow app after a few days.

Is there a way to automate the process? Doing everything manually could make growth slow right?

I grew my biggest accounts this way manually.
You can automate right about anything, but do you have the coding skills for it?
If not, you can probably hire someone to build you such a tool.

Hiring someone to build a bot for me could be expensive. Can you recommend any good public bot?

If you want a quality tool, you will have to pay properly.
I am unaware of any automation tool since I haven't used one. Sorry.

It's sad that there's no workng bot right now. I would pay for a bot if it works well.

You can try this
Research on the content/reels in your niche that goes viral and creates interest among the audience. See where you are lacking. Work on it and then see where post with relevant hashtags.
But if the content is good enough then you are not reaching the right audience. Here hashtags may help you reach out correct audience in your niche.
