Instatop ru and Cloudpayments ru Stay away from them

Hello,
I have ordered instagram followers from instatop.ru which was cheap like 5$ for 8k followers promised to be mixed active users and bots. In a few days left 2500 from 8k followers but this is not the subject.!
When you thinking you are making one time purchase on a certain package,
your payment is turning to subscription automatically.
According to their Terms, which we never read (5.7 )
While you are making a purchase there is not even single word about subscription.
Unsubscribing is also a problem that you have to find out which email you have used while making payment. Email could ended in a spam folder.

So they send me the second payment in 10 days.

You can google this and find comments about situation. I have blocked my card . I found their email . There is no support on their page(support link ends to homepage) either cloudpayments page that i can connect to support with my bill.
