Instargam can grow follower by #hashtag?

I have Instagram for business, three months ago. Now it cann't grow follower. If not ads i think can build up by hashtag. Right?

Meaning you want to use hashtags in your posts or target people via hashtags?
 
I don't think it's as influential anymore, but you can still use every hashtag possible because it's still likely to appear in the Discover section

I still use hashtag and I think it's one of the effective factors to get view
 
I will be try it, but ex: hashtag always have 1-2B views. Should use hashtag small views?

You won't really grow from hashtag itself. The idea is kind of that hashtag will help you get more organic reach, which can potentially turn into your post being fed to the explore page.

Better use a bot what watches stories from other user so you get attention to your profil. Important is, that your profil is very interestig so they may follow you. Gaining followers with hashtags is very very hard.

Just create proper, interesting, and aesthetic content, and use relevant hashtags along with them so that they reach the right audience. Additionally, you need to test the hashtags; you need to see which hashtags work well for you.

Are you using the same hashtags for all of the posts? or are you rotating them?
