If there is anyone using instapy bot then please share with me if following & unfollowing works for you?
I searched google and the results are unclear it might be for everyone or it might be just for some.

It's working fine for me. I've stopped liking with it though. After a while, Instagram starts imposing like bans on your account when liking with Instapy. Following/Unfollowing seems to be working fine.
