Is InstaPy any good or will it just tank my Instagram accounts?

If it is terrible can someone suggest me a good Instagram outreach tool to get organic growth and views?

It has 420 issues. I wouldn't risk my accounts with InstaPy.

Are there any specific features are you looking for or just auto follow/like/comment?

It looks like the project has been abandoned recently as the discord is empty.

I'm looking specifically for the like/comment by location function that InstaPy used to have.
