Instantphp jobs script - anyone know it?

Putting together a job board at the mo using instantphp jobs pro script but they've gone and stopped support completely and so I can't get any help yet there are a few problems.

First problem is no job alerts are working. Seems to be set up with cron jobs but are not sending.

Secondly is the features jobs option isn't working. I have the option to post features jobs but when I do it just goes through as a standard job.

Any ideas from anyone?
