Instant suspension will all accounts

Hello, I have a BC, and with all accounts under it, they're banned instantly when we create new campaign. Domain, creative, IP, proxy, browser are changed for sure. We have tested the same creative in another ads account from a different BC and it's still fine. May the BC have any issue, blacklist or something. Anyone still face this issue like us?

If it is a prepaid account I recommend you close it and start with a new account

With tiktok, when those accounts are banned, it means the money you spend running ads in them will be locked forever.

thanks for recommendation guys, we just try to get our own BC to handle the huge number of ads account by ourself. I'm still using the credit line agency ads account right now. Just want to find the reason and solution for this BC. We haven't added money in the account before we launch the 1st campaign, so luckily we dont lose more money. But now matter how we do, account is still be banned
