Instant email notification necessary

For what I am building up right now i need my "with star" mail to be notified of in at most a minute.

I dont know whether gmail doesnt synchronise often enough on the background or whatever, but it just doesnt work that way for me.

Any ideas to have an instant notification when an important mail comes in?

Checker Plus for Gmail can check email as many times in a minute as you want - have you tried it?

It happened again.. It took gmail like 10 mi ites on my phone .

The mail checker u provided is only for pc it seems
