what do you mean instant commission?
do you mean instant payout? that you get paid to your bank account instantly?
I've never heard of anything like this, I don't think anything like this exists. they need some time to verify your leads...etc...

The only instant commission programs I know of are the ones that are powered by the Rapid Action Profits script. (Search for Rapid Action Profits.) It's the famouse $7 report script. What it does is the merchant sells their product, you sign up as an affiliate, and usually for every OTHER sale you make you get paid instantly via Paypal.
The vendor can set up the script to pay you out either for every sale or every other sale I believe. Sometimes they set it up to pay you on every sale (usually for a small amount) if they're just building a list or something - basically they're paying for you to accumulate leads for them. But other times it will be an actual legitimate ebook or eproduct they're selling and you can make nice commissions if you get paid every other sale as long as the product converts decently.
It's not like Paydot.com where the vendor waits til the end of the month (or even the end of the following month) and has to manually issue a payment. With the $7 report script you instantly receive payment when you make a sale. So it's cool.

This works great, however, with either of the scripts 'Rapid Action Profits' and the '$7 Dollar Secrets' script I believe the admin can also set it so that in order to be an advertiser...you must also have been a purchaser of the product. If you're P.P. email address isn't in the database of purchasers then it will automatically default to the merchants email address (at least, I know that's an option with the $7 Dollar Secrets script...haven't used Rapid Action Profits, but it's much more powerful and would imagine it would have that functionality as well).
It's not that way with all of them and is solely dependent upon each merchant.
