Instant articles - several fanpages for one WP site.

I'm using the official plugin for WP when publishing articles. There's only one field for entering the id of the page. But I have several fanpages that I want to connect to other categories of this site.
How to do this?

And the second question on instant articles. I added Call-to-Action button to like the page, but I do not see this blue button in my instant articles and the statistics is zero. What could be the reason?
