Hi there i whant to tolk about facebook instant articles ,i start to use them 5 days ago and i whant to learn more about them from someone who use them.

nobody is going to you spoonfeed. you can earn by instant article if you have facebook page with substantial amount of fans on your page.
 
There is nothing to learn in IA Buddy . Just keep posting new article grow your FB Page or buy traffic from other pages to your IA Website and keep building it.
Try for TIER 1 or TIER 2 country for better eCpm.
 
Some points i can tell you after using Instant articles for 1 month are:

1. Instant articles get more organic reach on facebook than other links.
2. Facebook pays less for instant articles than Adsense does on your regular articles.
3. If you use Instant articles, your pages rest on the safer side. Means they don't get unpublished by facebook easily.
