Articlesbase aren't instant but approval speeds up if you submit consistently.

That approval works by pen name, so if Pen Name A submits regularly and gets approved fast, then you use Pen Name B the second name will get approved slower (A will still stay fast unless you stop submitting for a while, then it will slow again)
