I've recently found some article directory sites that aproves article submission instantly. I've tested all of them and the submission was quite easy: no limit to words, and in-text links are do follow.

Do you know about how well any of these sites can pick out spun articles and do they delete these or do they just insta ban?

yes they do and these site are really good

when was the last time that you use this list? I have noticed that only these two are working. anyway thanks for the effort.
