instant account supensions

in the begginning of the month i created new account that was from new gmail and didnt go suspended at all an i run health supplements for 11 days then i created new campaign and asked me for verifcation, now i created new accounts the same method tried and old gmails too and get instant supension after creating the accounts, Is it something that is happening in like 15th of the months or so? Last month same thing was happenning and in the end of the month i could create accounts again
