method is very hard these days my friend, i hate to say it but i think it is dead, not even kids fall for it anymore... adware and spyware killed PPI but maybe u have a niche we dont know about, good luck on your journey man
That's a lie. Anybody can claim such a thing online. They just have a couple of Advertisers. I guess you are not the CEO of one of those billion dollar companies.
Fact is, they don't accept any advertisers unless you are a reputable company. And certainly not a Russian individual guy from Blackhatworld lol.
I know that they cooperate with some of the top AntiVirus companies. They won't distribute your malware if that's what you mean by govno.

Yes. The reason why most PPI companies died is because of adware and other potential unwanted software.
InstallUnion is a very trustable company. They have distributed for big names such as Qihoo, Avast, Lavasoft. Like above said, security companies. I doubt they would even accept someone like you.

A PPI company probably has a manual approval and QA process (avoid bad offers, annoying software, malware etc). Offer implementation, callback testing, registry implementation also takes human resources and time.

It is industry standard to take a funds deposit. Even some popup or CPM companies ask 500 to 5k from advertisers while those companies have all automated systems and simply forward traffic from an exchange.
