I also hope not, any actions should be taken at this point? I have also not got paid for January Earnings

could any one confirm they have received a payment from them?

They say

Dear affiliate,
as you already know our project is paused due to the circumstances that are beyond our control. Advertisers usually paid us NET15 but the official contracts are NET45. This is a common practice. Most of our partners already paid us. 100% of those payments were used for payouts to our affiliates.

At the moment we are negotiating with the last partner so that they could sent us the money ASAP, which would be used for payouts to our webmasters

It is a big advertiser, I think everything will okay

Dear affiliates and members of this forum,
first of all, we would like to thank all our partners who were with us all these years. We value and respect you.
As you already know, our affiliate program was paused, not closed.
Unfortunately, as the industry is becoming more and more complicated, our pause had a serious influence on our partners, who offered us some solutions for monetizing your traffic. Some of them entered to our position and paid us even earlier than usually. All that money were used for partial payouts to our webmasters. However, some partners are still detaining payout to us. We belive that advertisers have really serious reasons to do that, as they know about webmasters who are waiting for their money.

You should know that in order to pay you as soon as possible:
1) we are negotiating with our main advertiser and we hope that he will find a solution for us as soon as possible;
2) we are working out backup plans on how to cover all our debts in either case:
a) if the negotiations will take too long,
b) if we do not get the money from the main advertiser within a reasonable time.

Our project was based on an IT company with more than 10-year experience on the market with the dedicated development department in Prague, Czech Republic. We have enough experience in solving complex problems both in terms of technical aspect and in terms of business development aspect.

Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your affiliate manager at any time.

i don't understand something, you have advertisers, you sent them traffic and therefore they need to pay you for that traffic, net15/30/45 or whatever. i assume you have signed contracts with them. if they don't pay you can file a lawsuit and receive the money they owe you.

Please, do not worry about it.
We are working out back up solutions, such as:
1) we already contacted our lawers, in addition we contacted an external law firm on this issue
2) one of possible options is to sell:
a) technical part of the project
b) the whole project with the debts to the attorneys or industry collegues
Our main target is to pay our debts to our webmasters as soon as possible.
If you have an questions, please contact your affiliate manager. Unfortunately, we don't have a possibility to monitor 3rd party the forums on a regular basis.
Moreover, we don't think that public discussions on this situation will speed up the solution of the problems.
