Installempire.com is Legit?

Has anyone used Installempire.com, They claim to be the very advanced and profitable Private PPI network and its almost new in market so, I came on BHW and made an account to ask you guys, Is there any reason I should use them because they are private and i think they have the best conversion. so Please let me know

I am using them and its going fine but I want to know is it legit or not, First read carefully then spy the f*** the way u want.
