It's a pretty good network and isn't just a reseller. That was a few months ago though

Tried them recently, and they just don't didn't answer my queries. Any idea why they might do so? I applied as publisher, the product is remote support client =0

I sent my application like 3 weeks ago and still no any reply am I accepted or denied.
