installation errors when installing .net framework 4

Each time i try to install .net framework 4, it says that it could not install it.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

a little more info dude

restarting and trying again is always a good start.
check the installation page for .net and check to make sure you have all the prerequisites and required hardware

HELLO
before installing .net framework 4 you should have some pre requirement that is you should also install â—¦Windows Installer 3.1 or later
â—¦Internet Explorer 5.01 or later one

agree with the more info comment! There should definitely be some sort of error message and or error code when the install fails, first step will be goggling the error

Most of the times its due to Windows Installer not installed

Before asking for help, it would be kind of you to at least do a screenshot of the error in question
