Install yourls on cpanel

Hi

I just buy a domain name end i wanne install yourls on my cpanel. I have try everything. Olso step by step youtube video about install. But the video is from 2012. A lot of updates. So nothing is the same ad 2012.
So please help me
I am trying nowe for 3 days. Its really frustrating.
