So I have Instagress scheduled for 7 hours a day, on slow. But I notice it only unfollows 100 a day. Is this too slow? How do I make it more? I've read you should be able to do 200-300 unfollows a day safely?

Hm I have no personal experience with Instagress but 300 seems a bit high? Instagram is very strict so it's better to grow slow and steady :)

Thanks, so you would recommend 100-200 unfollows a day? It just seems way to slow or stagnant when you have a high following number.

I guess your Instagram experience is pretty weak as well. If you are willing to post only to show visibility to your Signature, please avoid recommending incorrect things.

300 is not high at all. I usually use Instagress to unfollow with fast settings without any problems, 480 a day is okay with Instagress, but depending on the age of your account you might want to start with slow-medium settings.

Consider that I unfollow up to 800-900 manually with my phone on my manual accounts, there shouldn't be any trouble doing half of that with a bot if everything is set right.

Jaymien.

Thanks a lot. My account is actually just about 3 weeks old so I think I'll keep it on normal for now. When would you recommend it on fast? The account actually is kind of a personal account geared toward fashion so it's not spammy and it's all original content.

Just want to be safe since it is a personal account.

If you aspire to keep it safe, go with low settings, although there is no "real safe" line when it comes to botting, each account performs differently, you will have to test this. If you get temp blocked, PV or anything unusual, it implies that it's time to tweak down your settings.

The older the Account is, the easier it becomes to botting it.

I'm currently testing Instagress building an almost 1month Account just by using this bot constantly. I use medium for following and fast for unfollowing, sometimes I use likes, but never comments.

If you want to be safe and that's the only Account you're building I would then suggest to do it manually, as I said you can stretch the limits a lot further on the Official Mobile App, and it doesn't require too much time.

If you're willing to try out ChompSocial, you'll be able to unfollow up to 1,440 profiles per day. And that's with using the official Instagram API's since you'll be authorized to perform up to 60 unfollows per hour.

I'm the developer so if you have any questions feel free to reach out.

I'm manually doing 1,000-1,400 unfollows a day, 150-200 in one batch within 5 minutes. If you only unfollow 200 a day using a bot, you are botting very inefficiently.

It's lower than the follow rate because they don't want you to see the ''lost X followers in the last hour'' box. As simple as that.

That's why I use Instagress to follow, but unfollow manually.
